
Job Responsibilities:
- To service and provide call-in customers on their needs of the range of products
- To follow up on quotations and enquiries
- To generate sales and improve customer loyalty/ retention
- To prepare sales orders, job sheets and market tracking necessities
- To maintain accurate records of customer contact base
- To coordinate logistics & delivery, order processing and other ac-hoc duties assigned
- To ensure timely deliveries for customer orders
- Any other sales-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘A’ Level holder
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT sales
- Quick and keen to learn new technologies
- Resourceful, creative, independent and able to work well in a team
- Action and customer oriented
- Initiative and adhere to deadlines
- Experienced in supporting and coordinating with the sales team
- PC literate, proficient in MS Excel / Office
- Knowledge of Network / Security products is an advantage
