HUMAN RESOURCE and ADMIN ASSISTANT

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri

Job Title

Human Resource and Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Duties
  • Safe-keep, monitor and update employees’ files (201) and ensure availability of such whenever needed; assist in quarterly/semi-annual/annual employees’ evaluation.
  • Attends to and takes prompt action/settlement on personnel matters such: hiring, transfers, resignation, medical assistance, benefits, well-being, complaints, etc..; recommend measures to improve efficiency of the Department
  • Accurate preparation and timely submission of monthly Payroll Timekeeping to NS.
  • In-charge in information dissemination; strict implementation of company rules and regulations including disciplinary actions
  • Assist to and ensure smooth accomplishment of all company extra-curricular activities such as seminars, orientations, outings, and Christmas parties and sports events.
  • Strictly observe and implement existing guidelines and policies
 
Administrative Duties
  • Responsible for the timely procurement and availability of needed office supplies, equipment and services.
  • In-charge in handling all incoming and outgoing mails, correspondence, packages, document transmittals and ensure timely distribution/coordination of such to concerned parties.
  • Records keeping, maintenance and updating - memos, permits, licenses, contracts, business correspondence, billings, admin forms, suppliers’ profile, (supplies)stock-cards, employees accountability sheet, etc. and ensure availability of such whenever necessary.
  • Ensure overall office wellness by observing general cleanliness in coordination with admin staff, orderliness and regular maintenance checkup of all office machines/equipment in coordination with drivers, lights, fixtures, work place - includes monitoring of proper use, control, improvements and security of such.
  • Takes prompt action on whatever task/duties and/or special assignments that may be assigned from time to time coming from the General Manager, HR Executive (HQ) and Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must be graduate of bachelor's degree in human resource or AB Psychology or any related course with Strong Foundation in Human Resource; and at-least 3-to-4-year experience in all facets of Human Resource
  • Organized and keen into details
  • Can multi-task and deal with different people
  • Can handle pressure, trustworthy and hardworking
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
