Operations Executive

Primary functions

  • ​Handle order fulfilment and processing of orders
  • Prepare sales and insurance documents
  • Generate POS and other reports
  • Monitor order and shipping status for incoming shipments
  • Preparing shipping documents
  • Inventory & Contract Management
  • Liaise with overseas departments
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
  • Good Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Mathematically inclined and comfortable with numbers
  • Highly organised, meticulous and possesses positive working attitude
  • Able to remain focused whilst handling multiple tasks
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Able to commit to work immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage
