​Netpoleon Solutions is a well-established IT Security and Network Company recently acquired by Macnica Inc – a US 5.5 Billion Dollar Revenue company. With offices in Singapore, Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and parent company in Japan and US, we are now inviting individuals that have strong skills and knowledge in IT Security to join us. You will be able to embark on an exciting career, as we pursue our strategic expansion.

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri

Job Title

INSIDE SALES

Primary functions

  • Managing Renewal Business 
  • Submission of funnel in timely manner 
  • Negotiation skills of discounts with Vendors and best price to reseller for renewal business 
  • High level product knowledge 
  • Knowledge on Internal processes – Rules of Engagement 
  • Preparation of quick Bill of Material (BOM) Generation using standard discount 
  • Preparation of Loan Form for the demo boxes 
  • Preparation of Sales Requisitions – ability to validate the correct BOM, discounts, selling price and completeness of supporting documents 
  • Consolidation of funnel for the assigned products 
  • Monitoring of Product Marketing Funds 
  • Coordination with Product Managers 
  • Telemarketing – effectiveness on promotion of programs and lead generation and chasing 
  • Marketing Assistance – EDM blasting and invitation and event coordination 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science/IT, Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • At least 2 years working experience in the relevant industry 
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with excellent presentation skill 
  • Experience in account planning, prospecting and Penetration in client's matrix organization 
  • Aggressive, result-oriented and a good track record of meeting the team sales target and objectives. 
  • Good knowledge in sales and marketing in ICT industry, channel management and P&L management. 
  • Outspoken, sociable, self-motivated, enjoying meeting new people and cultivating business relationship and rapport.
