Product Executive

​Netpoleon Solutions is a well-established IT Security and Network Company recently acquired by Macnica Inc – a US 5.5 Billion Dollar Revenue company. With offices in Singapore, Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and parent company in Japan and US, we are now inviting individuals that have strong skills and knowledge in IT Security to join us. You will be able to embark on an exciting career, as we pursue our strategic expansion.

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri

Job Title

PRODUCT EXECUTIVE

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Manage sales forecasts, deal registrations, and discount justifications.
  • Organize and execute go-to-market strategies, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate technical resources and support from vendors, ensuring certifications are met.
  • Drive lead generation and project development directly with end-users.
  • Qualify projects by gathering requirements, timelines, budgets, and sales processes.
  • Conduct high-level product presentations and manage project scoping.
  • Track project progress, follow up with sales and channels, and generate Bills of Material.
  • Oversee demo unit management and handle project registrations in systems like Salesforce.
  • Manage communications, including sending updated price lists and bulletins to customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs) and respond to RFI/RFPs with support from Sales Engineers.
  • Perform competitive analysis and assist in sales negotiations and final pricing.inimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, particularly in overseeing overseas or local shipments.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the security, electronics, or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, product, and vendor management.
  • Proven contract negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
