Channel Account Manager​

​Netpoleon Solutions is a well-established IT Security and Network Company recently acquired by Macnica Inc – a US 5.5 Billion Dollar Revenue company. With offices in Singapore, Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and parent company in Japan and US, we are now inviting individuals that have strong skills and knowledge in IT Security to join us. You will be able to embark on an exciting career, as we pursue our strategic expansion.

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri

Job Title

CHANNEL ACCOUNT MANAGER

job descriptions:

Channels Development
  • Align choice of focused resellers based on market and product focus.
  • Build sales and technical skillset
  • Drive Pipeline building/growth
  • Cascade, execute and monitors vendors’ channels program which will help them grow business.
  • Build strong relationship coverage with partners’ Executives down to Managers, Account Managers, Finance, Sales Operation, Marketing and Technical team
  • Drive Partners to hit their identified sales quota
  • Provide detailed Channels Profile whenever needed as part of the Product team’s channels selection process.

​Channel Sales Management and Operations
  • Strategize with Channels Account Managers to progress each and every project.
  • Ensure engagements has been established between Netpoleon and Partners’ Product and Sales team, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Logistics and Treasury.
  • Resolve and/or escalate channel issues properly.
  • Prepare commercial proposals for the channels
  • Focus on driving profitability through proactive project management.
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activities relative to Channel sales plan
  • Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with respective stakeholders within the organization to meet the required support by resellers
  • Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or resellers calls regarding service issues, customer inquiries and request for additional services.

  • Provide consistent and accurate sales forecast and commits
  • Close monitoring of Channels’ project progression
  • Responsible in monitoring and collection of Account Receivables
 
Channels Marketing

  • Assist with creation and drive marketing plans of channel partners
  • Help to get support from Product Managers to fund Channels Marketing plans.
  • Provide ROI of each and every Channels Marketing activities conducted.
  • Ensure successful execution of Channels Marketing Plan

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/Dip with min 2 to 5 years product management experience, preferred from security/electronic/IT industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of supply, product and vendor management
  • Proven contract negotiation skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
