SALES MANAGER

​Netpoleon Solutions is a well-established IT Security and Network Company recently acquired by Macnica Inc – a US 5.5 Billion Dollar Revenue company. With offices in Singapore, Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and parent company in Japan and US, we are now inviting individuals that have strong skills and knowledge in IT Security to join us. You will be able to embark on an exciting career, as we pursue our strategic expansion.

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm, Mon-Fri​
​Salary will commensurate with qualification and experiences

Job Title

SALES MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • ​Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor, control, and report on sales activities consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to create and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver products and services that meet company and customer requirements, while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with partner sales staff.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry news, technology trends, policies, and regulations relevant to the company’s offerings.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Level: Senior/ Manager
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in sales, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attributes: Diligent, hardworking, responsible, pleasant, friendly, cheerful, and sociable
  • Language: Ability to read and understand English documents
